[Announcement] Message from the founder

Thank you for visiting the official website of SEALs , the world's most powerful all-in-one beauty serum .
I am Sato, the founder.

SEALS Co., Ltd. was founded to develop and sell just this one item , in order to spread to the world the results and excitement I felt from SEALS , an all-in-one beauty serum that aims to be the world's strongest.

We continue to develop our Made in Japan products to take on the world. We have no plans to expand the number of products. We are putting everything into this one all-in-one serum and will compete on the world stage.

Please tell us about how your company was founded.

- Two Revenges

There are two personal revenges at stake in starting this business .

One is to try again as an entrepreneur.
I am 47 years old as of the time I founded SEALs . When I was 30 , I started a sole distributor in Japan for an American brand, and expanded the business, but when I was 37 , the importing company went bankrupt. I ended up withdrawing from the business.

Another one is SEALs ' revenge.
SEALs refers to the world's strongest special forces, the Navy SEALs, which is also the origin of the product name Sea Air Land .
After graduating from high school, I joined the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Forces as an aviation student and served as a carrier and rescue helicopter pilot. At the age of 29 , I received an offer to join the Special Security Team (Japan's SEALs ) , the only special forces unit in the Self-Defense Forces at the time , and underwent repeated training, but after six months, I put an end to my challenge and resigned from the Self-Defense Forces.

Above these two setbacks lies the all-in-one beauty serum " SEALs ."

—Why a beauty serum?

After my failed business venture, I was constantly looking for the next opportunity, but I couldn't find one that would allow me to use my experience and strengths.
When I reached my 40s and began to notice changes in the condition of my skin, I started using a beauty serum that a friend gave me, and as soon as I started using it, I felt like the impression of my face became brighter.
We decided to take on the challenge, thinking, " This is something we can sell with confidence, taking advantage of our experience as a manufacturing retailer . " And after much development, we completed our all-in-one beauty serum, " SEALs ."

When it comes to sales, one of our promises is that we will not ask about the cost price.

Many cosmetics products have low cost prices due to the high advertising costs and the fact that they are sold on a wholesale basis.
SEALs does not spend on advertising, instead selling directly to customers through word of mouth only through acquaintances.
For this reason, SEALs ' cost rate (cost of raw materials as a percentage of sales price) is set overwhelmingly higher than the cosmetics that most people use.

In order for me to constantly develop and continue using the best products for a lifetime, I need a certain number of people to use my products for a long time.
That's why we are able to offer high quality products at reasonable prices.
Customers who are knowledgeable about cosmetics will be very surprised at this price given the ingredients and amounts.

-Why did you target middle-aged men?

From a marketing perspective.
Beauty ingredients are not limited to men, women, or age. In fact, SEALs can be used by anyone regardless of gender or age.
Although men's awareness of beauty is on the rise and the market is expanding, there are currently few high-quality cosmetics targeted at middle-aged men.
That's why I targeted men over 40 like me .

This was the first service I created after resigning from the Self-Defense Forces.

If you continue working as a rescue pilot, you can save several lives each year.
If you join the special forces, you can save Japan.
If you decide to quit of your own volition, you have to accomplish more than that.
It was with this sentiment in mind that I resigned from the Self-Defense Forces and started this service.

Although it is a very small operation, we have been operating for nearly 20 years.
Currently, I am the producer of this operation, and I run it on a volunteer basis with my partner Sonic Garden.

That is one of the SEALs ' missions.

For world peace.
To preserve this beautiful Earth for future generations for as long as possible.
I would like to continue doing what I can now, even if it means struggling.
